About how retainers work

Can I upgrade my retainer mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated from the date of change. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as "advisory" vs "delivery"?
Advisory is telling you what to do — answering questions, reviewing options, making recommendations. Delivery is us doing it in your org. Execution always draws from your delivery hours.
What happens if I need more than my monthly hours?
Any work over your monthly allocation is scoped and priced as a fixed-price add-on. We agree the scope and price before starting — never after.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Month-to-month. No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
